Come December 1st, you have lots of support. You for the cigs, and maybe they'll help me with the cheese thing.

you should figure out how much money you are going to save and what you are going to buy with it. maybe that would be a good incentive.

Stay on it man - seriously.
But I can understand, smoking for me was 80% routine/mental and 20% chemical. I used it as time to defrag my brain and re-center -- without smoking I had to find new ways to do that.
I smoked for about 17 years and have quit for a year now.

Best of luck! This took me by surprise. People only quit when they're ready, so I tend to keep my mouth shut. Best of luck with it. And if you ever need to be distracted, I'll try to think up interesting tasks to get your mind off of it!

Also, what Stever said.

Good luck dude, it's not easy. Even if you fail to quit, the key is the keep trying.

Good luck! All three of my siblings have smoked and quit; all took a few attempts before it stuck. You can do it! (Sheesh, I feel like a Rosie the riveter poster!)

@Leo This is a BRILLIANT idea. Why it was not considered earlier is well beyond me.

Edward 40 hands anyone?
